With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, and experience in public, non-profit, private sector organizations, as well as teaching in higher education, my career background centers around helping organizations, leaders and individual contributors grow in knowledge, skills, and effectiveness through training, coaching, and focused performance management initiatives.
As the “Discovery Coach”, I guide individuals through a process designed to help them reach clarity on their strengths, areas of growth, values, interests, and skills to guide them to realize dreams and fulfill their callings.
I have a deep passion for sharing God’s truth with women through engaging, relatable talks and retreats designed to renew hope, fuel faith, and transform lives for Christ.
